A new performance management model for multiutilities has been released.

The project has been carried out using Board technology and the output is an integrated environment that supports the top management of a Multiutilities Company in planning and controlling.

Key areas are:
– KPIs analysis regarding the different operating functions (electric and natural gas)
– Profit and Loss analysis, with fast actual data gathering and reporting
– cost allocation: while assigning indirect costs to operating activitis the model leads to the real company profitability
– planning system: a distributed model for a more efficient and accurate planning process
